ZOMBIE

A popular tiki drink described as being strong enough to bring the dead back to life. This potent elixir blends Hamilton Demerara, Overproof & Appleton signature rums mixed with grapefruit, lime, velvet falernum & a hint of tiki bitters. So strong, we insist on a 2 drink limit per customer.

PAINKILLER

Pusser’s Original Admiralty rum mixed with pineapple, orange & coconut cream, topped with freshly grated nutmeg.

TEAK 9

An L&T original. The simple blunt force delivery of Goslings 151, Navy Strength Rum, RumHaven Coconut Rum, and Japanese melon will anger the purists but convert the newcomers.

YOUR BASIC BATCH

Find us next door to The Donut Whole on East Douglas just east of Hydraulic. You won’t see a sign—we’re into that whole speakeasy vibe. Look for bamboo paneling and the Lava & Tonic logo on the door.

We strongly recommend making a reservation for table seating. You can reserve up to a 2-hour block. Bar seating is first come first served. You can request a table if you don’t have a reservation, but during peak times tables are typically all booked. Make a reservation online or by calling (316) 364-4141.

Street parking is available along Douglas Ave. Lava & Tonic is near the city center so there are typically taxi, Uber and Lyft options, too.
